"ROAR to RESTORE the SHORE"
We're in production for a Video Documentary on a Fund-Raising effort for victims of Superstorm Sandy in NJ. Six months post hurricane and the effects of the storm are still very much evident on the coastal regions of NJ. A group of dedicated volunteers organized a Motorcycle run to raise funds for the ongoing relief efforts.
The "ROAR" was held Armed Forces Day, Saturday May 18, 2013. And Roar it did. There were over 1100 cycles that participated! See the website for details. And stay tuned for updates from the production.
Doug Jackson Productions will donate a generous portion of the proceeds from the sales of the DVDs to the benefit.

The Documentary will feature interviews with residents and riders, organizers and supporters as well as actual footage of the run itself. The Rally at the VFW grounds following the Run will also be covered. Most of the raw footage has been shot and we've started the editing process.
UPDATE: Editing is done! We will be going to press shortly.
UPDATE: 8/23/13 DVDs have arrived. We are taking a trip to NJ this weekend to share with the founders.
